Whether it is through the dance in Nia or the Asanas in Yoga, all can benefit from the healing energy in movement that Christine offers in her classes & workshops.

She feels that her gifts are Creators gifts to humanity and therefore what form the energy comes through is really credited to Spirit. She is also grateful for the different wonderful teachers that came through in her life.

Divine guidance has brought her through her own healing journey and holistic modalities, from her earlier days of Nursing towards the alternative therapies.

The avatar course has also brought her an awareness & understanding of how beliefs influence a person in their health and life.
